How Much Difference Does Friendly Actually Make?

The property in Exton PA is old and behind the times. No fitness center. No restaurant, not enough receptacles in the room to charge my gear. BUT, I like it here. Why? Because the people are friendly. 
Checking in was fun. They talked to me and laughed. They gave me a nice running route when I asked about the workout room. They bake fresh cookies. Did I mention they were friendly? And happy. And look you in the eye. And smile. What a great lesson in service!
